RT5762是输入电压范围为 2.5V~6V、负载能力为 2A、简单易用的同步 Buck 转换器，内含 0.6V 高精度参考电压源和低 RDS(ON) MOSFET 功率开关，转换效率高，以 SOT-563 (FC) 和 UDFN-6L 1.4x1 (FC) 封装形式供货。
RT5762采用改进型固定导通时间（ACOT®）控制架构，具有超快瞬态响应速度，外围元件少，在整个输入、输出和负载范围内具有几乎恒定的工作频率。在轻载时，RT5762A/C/E 自动运行于 PSM 模式以维持高转换效率，RT5762B/D/F 则工作于强制 PWM 模式以满足应用对高输出电压精度的要求。
RT5762通过对上下桥 MOSFET 流过电流的检测实现强劲的过流保护，每个周期都进行的电流限制可防止器件在出现输出端短路、过流或电感饱和等现象时免于受到严重的损坏。其内建的软启动功能可避免在启动期间出现电流冲击，还有输入欠压锁定保护、输出欠压保护、过压保护（RT5762AL/BL/CL/DL/EL/FL）和过热保护等功能可确保其在各种工作状态下的安全和平稳的运行。
